JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is dedicated and focused on reviewing customer requests, analyzing project opportunities, and assigning requests to the appropriate team. Candidates should be focused on providing exceptional service to customers & develop a broad understanding of the commercial construction processes. An ideal candidate possesses strong critical thinking skills to accurately assess each opportunity. At PLS the goal of the Project Coordinator is to efficiently review customer requests & assign out to the appropriate team based on need, timeliness, and type of request.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Review customer requests and assess market opportunity
Determine where requests should be sent based on team alignment &
project requirementsReply to customers in a timely and detailed fashion
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are preferred, although not required, to have a bachelor’s degree or beyond.
Candidates should be proficient in the following skills:
Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Excellent organizational practices
Good communication (written and verbal) skills list
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of industry estimating software (Oasis or Sales Assistant)
Ability to read and understand basic electrical drawings
Knowledge of CRM Tools (Salesforce)
Knowledge of Bluebeam
